Shipping policy

Most orders are prepared for shipment within 2 to 4 business days after payment has been successfully approved. Processing time is separate from the amount of time required for the carrier to deliver the order.

Any delivery date shown at checkout or provided after purchase is an estimate and should not be considered a guaranteed arrival date.

Shipping delays may occur because of:

• Weather conditions
• Carrier disruptions
• Holidays
• Freight scheduling
• Incorrect or incomplete addresses
• Delivery appointment issues
• Events outside of our control

Cancellation requests must be made before the order has entered processing, packaging or carrier scheduling. Once fulfillment has started, we cannot guarantee that the shipment can be stopped.
